1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickLogs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuickLogs is a web-based business finance logging tool that allows users to record income and expenses, track monthly profit and loss, attach receipts, and export financial records. The Service also includes a Telegram bot integration for logging transactions via messaging.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the Service to store content unrelated to business finance tracking

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into QuickLogs, including transactions, receipts, and attachments. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

QuickLogs is currently in beta. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before any discontinuation.

7. Pricing

The Service is free during the beta period. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will notify you in advance. You will never be charged without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuickLogs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. QuickLogs is a logging tool, not accounting software. It does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
